As the subject stated above the quick pick of guwahati near dighilipukuri, ph- 0361 2736067 taking 10rs extra along with other taxes on pakeged drinking water. They are taking rs 30 for 1 litter while it's mrp shows rs. 20. Is it a fair practice to take extra money which is excess than mrp.
