Scamming people with wrong amount mentioned in the food menu

I am talking about Kaffa cafe. The food is really great. But the drinks are way too disappointing. They are literally scamming us. The liquid amount mentioned for shakerato coffee was 200ml and we got a fancy glass with 196ml capacity. It had 80% filled with ice and hardly 30ml of actual coffee. When asked they said this is how they serve, they don't mention the amount of actual item but they count the whole capacity of the glass they are serving even though it's mainly filled with ice. This is nothing but looting us. There should be strict action taken against this.
