Very rude behavior and poor service

I went to Trishiv Cafe & Restro, pal, Surat. We were waiting there for more than 20 minutes for someone to take our order but no one came. When we stood up to ask the manager that will someone take the order please, the person didn't even answered me properly they neglected my issue and when i said that we're waiting a lot already he didn't even listened to it. After this very poor and rude behavior we couldn't even sit there for a second so we immediately stood up. It doesn't matter how the food is but I'll never step back in such a place where there is such poor hospitality.
