Riddhi Siddhi Restaurant fly found in food - Custard

We booked Riddhi Siddhi Restaurant, Samar Park, near DB City, Nipania, Indore on 6th August, evening for 17 people. From the menu served, I found fly in Custard served to me, I showed it to Manager, he was unapologetic initially. Admitted later the fly may have fallen in Custard. I am not aware if 16 other Children who were served custard had flies in it.
This incident has caused mental stress, social agony and we faced severe health risk. As I understand there was similar incident at same restaurant same day with another consumer. It proves the restaurant is habitual violator and neglects hygiene regularly in food preparation, service and storage. Strong action against such violators is necessary and compensation to affected consumer must be provided as interim relief.
