Poor service - pirates of grill — elante mall

I went to pirates of grill in elante with my mom and daughter . First I waited for 40 minutes for a table and when I received the table , it was not clean . I asked to clean again , however they said that it’s clean madam but the table had the menu stuck on it . Then they said the food will take another 10 minutes . After that some food came and service stopped , I had to cal three times the waiter to give the food and when I caimplaint then only the food came — after that for food no breads came — after waiting fro 40 minutes , I could not stay there for an hour — because of their service . After that I complaint to the manager but the waiter said mam, I ll lose my job and amount from my salary of u didnot pay the bill . Then the manager came — he came me disoucnt dor 200 rs seriously — and that waiter ( Surjit) is laughing at that time .
This was the worst experience I had in pirates of grill in elante — after waiting so much for a table with my one year old daughter and mom — I can’t sit there for a hour only — could not enjoy snacks , dinner or sweet dish
