Packed water bottle price is charged higher than the mrp and gst also added on it.

I went to ten 11 grand restaurant which is situated at saguna more patna on 18. 08.23 with my friend where I ordered food and enjoyed the meal but when the bill was given by the waiter I was shocked as the price of the water bottle was mentioned 20 rupees and they have charged 30 to it after that they have also included gst on that packed water bottle as the gst law claims that on water there will be no gst will be charged and no restaurants has a right to sell above mrp of water bottle when i raised my voice agaist it to the manager of the restaurant then he told he is doing the same from the last 6 years . And forced me to pay the same amount that mentioned on the bill so it is an request to take the action against that restaurant and return my genuine amount .
