Packaged drinking water bottle (1 ltr- Kinley) printed MRP was Rs.20/- , But in above mentioned restaurant charging Rs.25/- for that bottle & charging VAT @5% & Service Tax @ 6% additionally over that overcharge amount. Its unfair but Restaurant owner is arguing saying that i can complaint anywhere. Kindly take the necessary action against the corruption.

    I purchased a bottle of frooti edge pack 250 ml of mrp 15 Rs at simply veg outlet ownerSBS hospitalities and entertainment pvt ltd 3rd floor C21 mall indore on 18 Dec 2016, but above-mentioned restaurant charged 30 Rs for this bottle and around 5% vat, 6% service tax was additional to mrp.Kindly take the necessary action against the corruption.
