Today i was Wrongly charged with optional Service Charge even after telling clearly that it is not a mandatory thing. But still the hotel manager refused and forced me to pay 5 % additional service charge in addition to other charges. Though the food was tasty but such behaviour at the end by the staff spoiled the experience. Bill number 26581 Table 48 date 17.01.2017
