Today 10 June 2023. Me & my 2 friends going for lunch in Hotel Kalpana Near Sarasbaug Swargate Pune, We ordered one palak panir, 2+2 rot & 2 buttermilki, first 2 roti & butermilk come with palak panir & we start to eat, before it finshi we order our remaining 2 rotis, but the waiter & captain taking too much time to bring it around 20 minutes, 3 times I request the captain to tell waiter to bring our roti but he ignore it finally I get up and complaint about it to there owner who was at cash counter but he also not giving importance to our order so i m become frusted and paying all the bill and leave from there. It was very bad experience to me about Hotel Kalpanas service. Please take action on Hotel Kalpana image fail to upload i have Gpay trans. No 316154394634
