We ordered a rice bowl from Maiz Mexican Kitchen at lower parel in mumbai. It had bleach in it. We realised only after consuming about the bleach since I had cold and sense of smell was reduced. But one portion had large amounts of it and that's when we realized. It burnt the tongue as well!
