Excess service tax charged, Hotel Vishal and Restaurant for dinner from a Bus

On 21.2.17 at around 10 PM I along with my wife went to Hotel Vishal and Restaurant for dinner from a Bus. We ordered for one half chicken curry and Rice. They served some onion and green chilly along with dishes. When I ordered for bill I am astonished they charged RS 40 as salad charge which I didn't ordered. Further they charged 14.75℅ as service tax on the whole amount of the bill which is around RS 70. As per rule it should be 6℅ as service tax. Hence I request honourable authority to register my claim for the excess service tax of 8.75℅ plus RS 40
