I want you to address one complaint !

Yesterday only I ordered few of the items from your menu from the Laxmi Nagar outlet Delhi. But got served with tasteless items. Starting item wise-
#CHOCO LAVA CAKE- It was sour in taste . I spitted it after a bite. It was that pathetic.
#PANEER BURGER- The bun was stale, it was not fresh that what I mean. You guys claim to serve juicy patties.But I tasted the worst patty yesterday. Above all you guys only sent 1 ketchup. Reallyyyyyyy!!!!!
#WEDGES- They were not hot at all.

What should I do , Mam tell me ???

Zomato guys can't process refund because your outlet people DON'T respond to the delivery partners calls.
