I had been to Hotel Sanmaan on January 30, 2017 at 7.35 p.m. to place an order and collect the parcel. As soon as i entered the restaurant, a man sitting across the counter who i assume is the owner humiliated me and asked me to get out. It was very shocking. Furthermore, when requested not to talk to a customer like this, he quoted " dont advise me on how to run business. get out.!!! We have been the regular patrons of this hotel for the past 16 years. This kind of high handed behaviour and asking to get out of the hotel in full public view is totally uncalled for. I request a quick redressal.
