I was charged so many taxes in the bill can it confirmed why was so many different taxes were threre

1. Value Added tax @ 14.5%
2. Value Added tax@20%
3. Service Tax @5.8%
4. service tax @ 10%

Please confirm me why was so many taxes cahrged, I am going to complain with Consumer forum with Indian government.
