sir I purchase SHVOP MEMBER SHIP FROM sterlingholidays BUT I CAN NOT AVAILED THIS MEMBER SHIP BUT THE COMPANEY SAY THAT AS PER COMPANY POLICE AFTER 10 DAYS OF AMOUNT PAID BY ME NOT REFUND SO I REQUEST THAT PLEASE INFORM ME THAT MY AMOUNT REFUND OR NOT IN THIS CASE .
