We were on the way from Kangra to Mohali . Stopped near Ropar,Punab at K SURPLAZ hotel for water. Took two mineral water ( Bisleri ), the hotel charged Rs.25 per bottle of 1 litre. When we saw the MRP on the bottom of the bottle it was Rs.20 , we asked the owner of the hotel ( A sardar guy ) that you are charging more , he replied what to do ? We said that we will complaint , he replied its ok go ahead. we have the bottle and the bill of the hotel. Please action on such people who is forcibly charging the customer and on objection they are not bothered.
