Bad food served, cold coffee we ordered had hair in it, glass also showed something pink inside

The cold coffee we ordered had hair in it. The glass also showed something pink inside.. It appeared that the drink was served in soiled glass.

Also, the waiter refused to serve water. He said the water supply is not good. So we were forced to spend Rs 100 on the bottled water.

Also, the ladies wash room had a male attendant peeping inside the restroom area.
