Took my money & didn't deliver my groceries

I booked my groceries in 24 may 20 at jio mart and paid through prepaid option of Rs.4433/- and I didn't receive my product it's been 30 may 20 customer care number is always busy no reply form mail id given recieve mail that they will deliver on26 may but still didn't receive even they are not canceling order neither they are refunding my money now my orders are not reflecting in my order section they have dicthed me in such global impact they took my hard money I'm a salaried all alone girl earning for family day to day need and no response form their end I can't even buy new groceries as my money is stuck please help
