Reliance JIO - Not getting lost SIM card from store and corporate office

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Avinash Rajaram Kamble, My JIO number is 7021555455, My AADHAR Card Number is 5196 7875 2538.

I lost my smartphone on 8th April, i have lodge complaint of mobile lost. then first i visited your JIO store at Govandi station, they said me that my AADHAR CARD number is not matching, hence ask me to visit the store from where i bought my JIO SIM card, then i visited Reliance Digital JIO Store near to Vashi Railway Station, they said me that my AADHAR CARD Number is not matching and they can not change my AADHAR CARD number from system manually and they told me that when i bought my JIO SIM card that time it was manually register my data profile. The Vashi Store asked me to visit the SANPADA corporate office. Then i visited Sanpada JIO Corporate office, i Met Mr. Raju over there, i formed him all the problem and i requested him to provide me JIO SIM of same number. but he also told me that he can not do any thing as my AADHAR number is not matching with your system. i requested him i can provide my other ID proofs photocopy, but he said he only need AADHAR card. Now Everyone is telling the same, due to this i am facing problem, Please provide me the same number JIO SIM card on my address. and please resolve my problem soon.
