POOR NETWORK AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP SENIOR CITIZENS

I have bought jio dongal for my parents as i am based out of New Delhi. It regularly creates problems of no network and wifi stops even if i get it recharged with high GB plans. My parents are both around 70 years of age and not very tech. savvy. But when I guide them to complaint for the no service the personnel decline to visit of solve the problem, instead they suggest my old parents to go to the service station and get it rectify.
When my parents made a visit to the service station in such covid 19 surroundings. At the service center they checked the dongal and said that some how the password got changed. I don't understand how can the password get changed automatically, even then my parents accepted the baseless excuses and came back. Also instead of solving the issue at hand they said that my parents might have to buy a new dongal.
After one day the internet service again went down. The number of the executive comes switched off. The number shone on internet are wrong numbers and above all the customer care number 18008899999 dose not have any option of registering a complain or even to speak to any executive.
