Not activating jio nmbr 7014016559 even after recharge of 2020 pack

On 15 jan 2020, I recharged my jio number 7014016559 by purchasing coupon of Rs. 2020. Since then my number is not activating. I am continuously contacting to jio care for resolving the problem. Till 15 March 2020,they suggested my options but nothing succeeded. After 15 March 20, no body is responding. Either jio shud activate my number or return recharged amount.
