Sir,we at Prerana CHS (MUMBAI 400007) having jio wifi connecton in our premises.same is not working from 11th june.we approached customer care department thru plenty of calls/emails/whatsapp but had very bad
exp. As there is lockdown going on so tenants have work and school from home also elder ppl need tv. Everyday they r taking new complaint and promise to visit . We r fed up of their false promises and very rude talks of call center ppl. We have all recordings also. There r Mr.Janak ,Mr. Kapil incharge of our area. Once they talkd and promised ,after not picking up phone. We all members are frustrated and dont know hw to tackle this.
