Complaint against Jio Fibre for not refunding my security deposit

I took a free trial offer from jio fibre on 20th December 2020, in which they say that if you don't want to continue, all the security deposit(1500rs) will be refunded to you. I used it for about 28 days and asked for discontinuation of the services on 18th January 2021. They told me it will take 7-14 days to process it and you will get all of your security deposit after engineer pickups the device. Then I kept calling the customer care around every week and asked for engineer's visit, they always asked for 48 hours but no one visited and finally after 4 months, in the first week of April and Engineer finally visited. I was told I will get my 1500rs security money after 7-14 days. I got 500rs on 16th of April,2021. Then I asked the customer care why I have got only 500rs, they said I will get 1000rs after 3-4 days. Then when I called again they said that I was not elligible for that 1000rs refund and had no answer why. They asked me to email them the problem.I emailed them on two complaint id's, one of which replied the complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and other said that you took more than 60 days to return the device so you will not get any money back. It's been more than 20 days since my compliant. I explained them the whole situation, but not got any reply from them afterwards. I want this problem sorted. I am in need of money due to medical expenses.
