Transaction not converted into No Cost EMI

I purchased a refrigerator for almost 80K at 12 months No Cost EMI through my credit card. But the bank is now saying that they didn't get any approval of No cost EMI form merchant's (Reliance Digital) end & the bank is now charging the interest of 15% as per the standard EMI.
