Reliance ResQ plan for my Two LG AC of 2 Tons, AC got Compressor problem

Hi,

I have taken a Reliance ResQ plan for my Two LG AC of 2 Tons each in the month of Jan 2016. In March 2016 one of the AC got Compressor problem. Hence i approached the RESQ customer care and they sent an executive who confirmed that compressor is the issue and i will let you know if it is avaliable in stock or not. He informed that we dont have this part in our stock. Hence request you to kindly get it repaired from LG Service Center and we will reimburse the bill amount to you. as i had to put money for the compressor and then claim from Res Q i checked with them if they will reimburse my money in my case or not. they assured and instructed to keep the original bill and produce it. I did the same but they never refunded saying that your AC is Too Old (more than 5 years) else they would do it free of cost. i told them very clearly that you should have communicated this earlier weather i should get it repaired or buy a new once i would have thought about it. Since Apr 2016. i have been following up for the payment. which they are not releasing but assuring that we will do it. I have been mailling them and calling the customer care for update they say that we are still working on the ticket and will get back to you. This is being practiced from May 2016.

I am attaching the invoice of Reliance ResQ payment and invoice of repaired / Component.
