I am Binod Kumar Biyala having the Reliance GSM Cell No. 9339704575 & I am facing heavy call dropping in their service, nos. of time complain given but no satisfactory result come & I STOP PAYMENT & PORT My no. in Aircel then Reliance come with reduce rate from Rs.599/- to Rs.299/-SR No.252402010 & also assured to reduce the due amount & Start my New Retention GSM_0_0.2P10KB activated w.e.f. 02.12.2016 SMS COME AT 20.40 hours, just now but no activation done as per promise. I already promise to pay the reduce payment to the Customer Care Representative.
Fail to understand why the Biggest Service Provider does such things.
