    Unauthorized deduction of balance for VAS without activating it by PURNENDU kumar:

    Reliance Communications this company have made nexus for deducting the balance by activating value added services itself . When the person do not know about activation of service within 24 hours this company do not refund the amount. I have faced this problem 8 th times within a month and all the recharged amount has been deducted automatically. Reliance Communications answer it . I have recorded the whole conversation between me and representative of customer care.
