Reliance company Deduction of balance from main account.

From 2 november reliance company dedect 100rs from my main balance till now. I received a message of dedection of 5rs in every 30 minutes or any use of my phone. Whenever i switch on my phone i received message. Thats why i switch off my phone. I have call reliance customer care but their is only voice of computer.
