Reliance Communications No Hearing after complaint

I have recharged my RIM no 9303370754 with 188₹ in which I got 149.29₹ in main balance and tariff on all local and STD call @30paisa per 1minute valid for 90days,but I was wrong charged for every call, so I complaint to Customer Care complain request no is 255590162, the request was closed after resolution but I haven't get back the amount wrongly charged and still my every call were changing on their consent rate, when I again call to Customer Care but they ignore to take the complaint request.
