I have been using a broadband connection of Reliance for about 2 years now. I am sorry to say that I found the customer service of reliance to be very very disappointing.
My internet connection gets disconnected every alternate month. After repeated attempts of trying to get through and only after raising a disconnection request, they escalate and fix the issue from their end(after blaming it on our modem, router, local area connectivity issues etc). So, for 10-15 days every alternate month, we have to go through this process..
Since Feb 15, our broadband has stopped again. Everytime we call, the customer care member tells us that issue will get resolved in some time. Now, we have raised a disconnection request for the 100th time and just want our disconnection request to be processed. They arent processing the disconnection request. Infact, they withdraw the request of their own accord sometimes or mark the complaint status as resolved without consulting us. Everytime we cakl, a new complaint number is given to us! Also, we have been making advance payments to reliance previously, so the bill for every month is probably still getting deducted from that amount. I think they are just trying to delay the process intentionally. Kindly suggest what can be done!
