Reliance Big tv advertised in the newspaper to pay Rs 499 advance to get a new dth connection booked and rest customers were supposed to pay at the time of installation.
I made a payment of advance of Rs 499 on 11th of March 2018 through Payumoney paayment portal and have all the evidences of successful payment.
I was promised by Reliance Big tv of getting the installation done within 45 days of doing the booking.
I waited for a few days and then I started taking a follow up from Reliance tv through email & phone. Each time I was given false assurances of getting the installation done in few days but nothing happened.

After a few days they stopped replying on my emails as well and the customer service number provided on the website was not functional. I have sent almost 15 emails attaching all the supporting evidences but no success.
Finally I contacted the Nodal Officer of Reliance Big tv over the phone and he assured me of looking into this issue and asked me to send the email to him, which I did. Even after that I did not get any response.
I anyhow managed to get through to the customer care number of Reliance tv where I came to know that the company has been merged with some Independent tv and they could not recognize me as a customers with my phone number or email id.
i am now getting no where. When i checked the Payumoney portal it says that payment was successfully paid to Reliance Big tv on 11th March 2018.

I have been going through the mental harassment and financial losses due to them being not able provide services what they agreed upon.

I am attaching the details of the payment I had made to them.
