Dear sir,
With reference to above, we had just spoken to your representative at your toll free number 18002009001.
We are surprised with the conversation that without asking and checking the booking ID vaguely he had replied that connection will be installed in this month, as if we are asking for some donation. We had asked to give the call to his senior person or give the contact number(to take up the matter) that also he had refused with harsh words.
All this gives a clear sign that your company is not customer centric and least bothered about their duties and responsibilities resulting a bad name to your company and ruining the brand image of your organisation in the market.
How such person is appointed in your private corporate houses and why company is disbursing handsome pay to such idiot fellow.
You are requested please take a suitable strict disciplinary action against such irresponsible, immature, idiot, uncultured staff person.
Further the matter will be taken to your management also.
Further please confirm the status of delivery and installation of your product.
Since 75 days we are getting the same message of 30-45 days

All this is very disappointing and disheartening. In monetary terms claim is negligible but it is breach of trust.
