Reliance Big Tv channels is not coming last 45 days and customer care center last 45 days telling the 72 hours, 72 hours all channels will on TV screen. I recharged the one years coupons in the reliance account. Customer care executive Name Anuj position number 1529 from Delhi Customer care center rudely, misbehaving, unrespectful language talking. Immediately action on this customer care executive. if the company no action on this person. I will action other option contempt.

मैंने अपना रिलायंस बिग टीवी एक साल के लिए रेचार्ग करवाया था जिसकी धनराशि रुपे 1399 थी लेकिन रिलायंस कंपनी ने पिछले 45 दिनो से किसी प्रकार की ग्राहक सर्विस नही दे पा रहे है और रिलायंस बिग टीवी का ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र सही जानकारी नही दे पा रहे हैi 45 दिनो से कई बार ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र से बात करते है तो 72 घंटे का समय बोल देते है कभी तीन दिनो का समय बोलते है
और अब तो गराह सेवा केन्द्र कर्मचारी (कॉल लेने वाले) अपशब्दों का प्रयोग करने लगे है इनमे से एक अनुज नाम का व्यक्ति जिसका पोसिशन नंबर 1529 है जिससे टीवी चैनल के बारे मे पूछा तो इस अनुज नाम के लड़के ने अभद्र भाषा का प्रियोग किया और जानकारी नही देते हुए अपना फोन काट दियाI
कृपया आपसे अनुरोध है मेरा पैसा वापिस रिलायंस बिग टीवी करे
