Dear sir/madam,

Good morning.

I logged an email complaint to customercare@relianceglobalcall.com

(service request id 255828505), 24x7 customer care at 18602001333,ON April 10, 2017 at 2:10 PM to refund my outstanding balance of INR 175.02 as of APR-01-2017 as I am unable to use their calling service since APR-01-2017.

It's unfair that they have not yet resolved my case in almost 3 weeks!

I am looking forward to you so that matter is reviewed & resolved at the earliest.
