Illegal balance deduction making zero subject to nil balance fraud in digital cyber by rcom

dear Rcom, i have been long term customer of yours but this time your mischievous activity of illegal balance fraud making my mobile balance deduction upto nil is unbearable.i had 2 sims with no. 9024949328 with balance rs69 & 9351343048 with rs40 as balance which is now 0.16paise & 0.01 piase totally cheating with customers.this shows how digitally even customer mobile balance is also not safe with these companies really unacceptable without consent of customer. i want total refund OR BOUNCE BACK of my balance of 2sims total SUM 69Rs+ 40Rs=109RS hope rcom feel the nerve of thier customer.& start their closed customer service again.hope they listen.
