दिनांक 15.09.2019 को लगभग शाम 7 बजे मैं अपनी फॉर्च्यूनर कार नम्बर RJ07 UA7144 लेकर हवा एवं डीज़ल भरवाने गया।
हवा भरने की मशीन के पास पहुंचा तो एक आदमी रंगीन टीशर्ट पहने अंदर कार्यालय से आया तो मैंने हवा के सम्बन्ध में पूछा तो उसने कहा कि मैं तो ग्राहक ही हूँ।
लगभग 20 मिनट तक इंतजार करने पर एक अन्य व्यक्ति आया जिसने वेशभूषा पहन रखी थी और ID कार्ड उल्टा अपने गले में लटका रखा था उसने कहा कि हवा नहीं भरते हैं मैंने कहा यह आवश्यक है तो उसने कहा कि आप शिकायत कर देना आप जैसे कई लोगों ने शिकायत की है हमारा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता तथा गालियां भी निकाली।
वहां पर लिखे नम्बरों पर कॉल करने पर कोई जवाब नहीं मिला।
फिर मैंने 1000 रुपये का डीजल भरवाया और डीजल भरने वाले से उन दोनों का नाम पुछा तो दोनों के नाम राजू औऱ गोपाल बताया।

दोनों कर्मचारियों को तत्काल हटाकर पेट्रोल पंप पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया जावें और साथ ही मुझे हर्जा खर्चा दिलाया जावें।
