Dear Sir
I am Hitesh Sharma, resident of Jaipur. My colleague got a call from call centre of reliance and detailed about Reliance 4G lite scheme. They sent a representative to our office ie 57 Mahadev nagar, Nandpuri. Me and my colleague gave the required document (residence ID, photo) to Mr. Vikram Singh mob: 09351369430(representative of reliance agency)and also given the security of Rs 400 for each person and requested to port the sim (my no 9982428736)from Vodafone to reliance. Mr. Vikram singh gave a receipt of application form and left. they did the verification of our office and my sim (9982428736) was port to Reliance and started on 21st January while my colleague was denied to port the services. After few days on 13th of Feb they stopped my services. I went to nearest reliance store (Nandpuri, Jaipur)and shared the issue. He checked and told that my no was blocked due to non availability of documents. The person whom I gave the documents and money has left the agency and again I have to resubmit the process. Mine and my colleague money Rs 400 each is also lost. I am feeling cheated. Kindly Proceed my application for justice.
