Connection Not Provided - I booked 3 connections for Reliance Digital TV for INR 1500

Dear Sir,

I booked 3 connections for Reliance Digital TV for INR 1500 on Dated 08-March-2018 and I got the Message from Company that
"Congratulations for booking your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking ID is 12501882 and number of connections 3."

But After 45 Days no installation is done and I called to customer care many times but no one is taking care and now refusing to refund the money.

Please look into this and resolve my problem.
