Connection from reliance broadband Not getting the service what I am paying for.

I got a connection from reliance broadband on 28 of January 2017 of 799 per month for which I paid 2070 in advance for 3 months. My customer number is 330113748443. The plan offers a 2 Mbps broadband connection with an unlimited calling for all over India to any network mobile or landline. However, since installation I have been experiencing problems with my connection. First the modem provided from reliance was faulty and had connectivity issue which the technician also acknowledged at the time of installation and assured me that he will replace it with another one, however after few days he told my that company only provides one modem and I will have to pay additional 300 rs to get another modem. This is the new faulty modem which was provided by reliance and had problems for which I had to pay additional money which I shouldn't have. After that I have been getting a speed of 1 Mbps which is half of what I should get according to my plan and it has been 10 days and I have complained multiple times but my problem is yet to be resolved. I would like Reliance to compensate me for the days I have not got the speed for which I am paying.
