Complaint for Refund from Reliance against broadband connection payment

Hi There,

I raised a request for Broadband connection in May first week with 2 month advance payment and i got confirmation for request processing on 10th May. After many follow ups on call and email, an executive came for installation, however no installation was done due to lack of resources from their end. Later on, I came to know from an executive that the request has been canceled, however i did not get any acknowledgement for this. When i requested for the refund umpteen times, I always get a similar message on email that - "sorry for the inconvenience and we have already escalated the issue", however i do not see any progress on this matter. I have tried to sync up over call but all my attempts went in vain. All the times when I am trying to communicate with your customer care and office person the response I am receiving is very lame, and it seems they are not even interested to listen my queries and issues I am facing because of them. This resulting into mental agony for me and I feel cheated.


Also, I have raised this concern to you with reference id "11840". I have tried al possible ways but did not get any solution. Below are few details for your reference:
