Mr. Jatinder working as store Manager at Reliance Fresh Store located at Raj Bhawan, Dhab Khatikhan, Hindu College Road Amritsar is very rude in nature and dishonest in his dealing with reliance fresh retail customers.whenever reliance co offers Food and groceries products st discount rate to its retail customers that products are never displayed on the conspicuous rack / place of store but kept hidden in the SM office for secretly selling to Wholesale venders who offer some handsone gratuitous amount to Mr.Jatinder in return for Jatinder selling all those Product at discounted rate.
Today arround at 7.15PM I was not allowed to enter the store by Mr. Dilbagh singh (Guard )who misbehaved with me merely because of reason that that Mr.Jatinder-Store Manager has blocked the entry gate with large number of cartoon sold at discounted rate to vendor and helping the vendor outside entry gate in loading all these cartoon in Auto Rickshaw.Mr.Jatinder also while misbehaving with me, obstructed my entry at 7.15 PM to your said store by saying that Store has closed whereas the Closing time of Store is 8.00PM
Mr.Jatinder (SM) also misusing his power by allowing carry bags free of cost to wholesale Vender and charging Rs 4/6 from Retail Customer.
Mr.Jatinder's tenure as Store Manager is also not good for Reliance Co as at so many occasions the Product beyond their expiry remained displayed on the Racks due to which heavy penalty can imposed on the Reliance co
