i had bought a dongle of reliance i had paid the whole year service charge but the dongle stopped working there was no one from reliance to take responsibility to repair it then i called them they said they will not repair the device third party will repair after i went to third party repair service center they returned it after two months and the device still dint work i had lost my money of a year subscription 7000/-i called relince and told two months your device dint work and two months service center took it so please increase my plan limit as it was not my fault they denied it and then i told them to cancel the service but they dint do it and kept sending me bills than they started forcing me to pay bills and threatened me of legal actions already i had dint use the dongle which i had paid 7k and on top of that they kept sending me bills and than i told them to stop the services n i paid them a settlement amount of 800 and then too sent me legal notice of lawyer and are still threatening me of paying more 1200 i have the documents related to it.
