Claim settlement issue with Reliance General Insurance Company

Recently I claim for my car damage for headlight, bumper and fog lamp now the company surveyor is denying the claim as there was a normal scratch on bumper from earlier saying that its an old damage on bumper and because of that the more damage has caused to the bumper as there was just a normal scratch on bumper and he is not accepting it and saying that the bumper was repaired earlier and cannot approve the claim. Now I think its my fault that i didn't claimed for normal scratch. The surveyor is saying that the bumper was broken earlier and was repaired now if i am having the insurance and i know that i can get repaired it for free without paying a single peny that why would i have repaired it myself. The company people are just giving lame excuses for not approving the claim in order to save there money. Even there executive are non cooperative with customers and don't have manner how to speak with their clients. Reliance is running a money making business and don't want to pay their customers.
