After getting offer but not join by hr, North India HR Mr Yatinder

I am Dheria chauhan and firstly company gave me offer letter dated on 19/11/2018 and I join as an associate trainee but then suddenly the hr Mr Yatinder told to me that you have a lots of experience so u will be start ur future with Reliance Fresh as an ASM at yamunagar Haryana. So I felt very happy, but after spend some period of time Mr Yatinder nothing reply to me even he said that to my Sm MrRaj plz do not signature of Dheria chauhan on any attendance. But now Me Yatinder told me that there is no vacancy for me but company has already given to me a offer letter of associate trainee, so what is it mean I am unable to do work there or what. So kindly take some action against on Mr Yatinder or start my work as on 19/11/2018 or give me a post of according to see my education and experience. If I’ll not get reply against him then this matter will go on court. Be cause I am the only man in my family who take care of them with the help of job. So kindly take this matter on serious way.
