Not refunding remaining wallet amount, due to their bad ratings posted by me.

I've placed pickup order for 4 nov for my partywear clothes. Their pickup boy didn't turned up whole day. On 5th nov, they picked up my expensive partywear clothes for steam press and dry cleaning. I've received my order on 7th nov. They've damaged my heavy lehanga due to ironing and ruined my other clothes due to dry cleaning. I've recharged Dhobilite wallet with some extra amount, so that I can avail the services after this order as well. But now I am not willing to take services from them anywhere. Have told them on 3 nov I've to catch flight early morning on 8 nov, so deliver clothes on 7 nov, coz have to carry them along with me. After receiving order on 7 nov night, have checked the clothes n in front of their delivery boy, registered my complaint with their customer care n asked to refund my remaining wallet amount. No response from their side. I've reviewed their site n app bad every where. I've received call from customer care yesterday to remove ratings then only they'll refund the amount. They've scheduled pickup today at 11 am to pick damaged clothes, but nobody turned up till 8 pm.
