Cheating in Car Transportation from Ghaziabad to Vishakhapatanam by VRL CAR TRANSPORTATION LTD, Pune

I got my car transported through VRL CAR TRANSPORTATION LTD, Pune which took 20 days (against 7 days commitment) and delivered in very badly damaged accidental condition with badly denting/painting condition.
I was charged and paid the Transit insurance but no policy document was provided to me for even claim. even 18% GST charged in the Bill having no GST number on the Bill.
The Transporter personnel are not picking my calls nor responding to my emails. I have provided the estimated cost of the repair but no response from VRL end.
