Complaint against Whirlpool regarding defective voltage stabiliser

During the course of attending to the complaint of my refrigerator, the Whirlpool India technician sold me a stabiliser costing Rs 3000/-. From the first day itself it was malfunctioning. But even after several complaints and reminders it has not been replaced nor has the money been refunded to me. Their Support team replied to my complaint saying they will get back to me. This was on 7 June. But till 20 June no one responded. And the stabiliser has now stopped working totally.
