maine june 2013 mein bihar ke raxaul ke dinesh electronics se whirlpool ka refrigetor kharida tha. nov. 2015 mein compressor jal gaya. jisko thik karane ke liye maine dukandaar se kaha to usane kaha warranty mein hai aap company ko phone kijiye wohi thik kar dega to main company ke consumer help line par dinank 25-11-2015 ko call kiya or problem ko bataya to usane pt-1115008548 complaint no. diya dinank 31-03-2016 ko company ka engineer aaya or compressor thik kiya or 1500 rupees liya or chal gaya thik do din bad fir compressor kharab ho gaya to us engineer ko phone kiya to wo usi din aaya or compressor badal kar chal gaya. isake badale fir wo 500 rs. liya. refrigetor mein cooling nahi ho raha tha to do din ke baad punah engineer ko call kiya to usane kaha ki 900 rs. or lagege gas lik ho gaya hai. to maine company ke help line par phone kiya to usane complaint no. pt-0416000436 diya kaha ki jald hi aapki samasya suljha di jayegi. lekin abhi tak company se koi nahi aaya balki dukandar ke pas puchhane gya ki koi company se aane wala hai to usane kaha hi complain karane se kuchh nahi hoga aap 900 rs. dekar kaam karwaley anyatha freez ko kachare ke daam mein bech de. yah samajh me nahi aata hai ki jab company 5 yrs ka warranty deti hai fir aise kyo baat karate hai. jab jab company se koi thik karane aayega to mujhe usko paise dene parenge. fir kahe ka warranty
