Still installer not arrived to home for unbox the box..

We already told to seller relience digital sangli shop.. After reaching freeze on next want ur technician to unbox the freeze.. Bcz from next day we I'll be out of town for 5 days... So family member want freeze open on dated 19/04/2022 only... But still no one arrived.. It's been now 7.20 pm. .. Really pathetic service... Not accepted from brand like relience they promised they will send technician on dated 19/04/2022..
