Samsung Refrigerator received in damaged condition

To give you abrief, i recently purchase a Samsung Refrigerator from one of the dealers in Jaipur ( AS enterprises, plot no 860, Opposite Rungta Hospital, calegory Road, jaipur-302017) on 19th Mar'2016. Upon delivery of the fridge we were happy with the possession. However a day or two later we could see that the padding walls on the outside had a dent and scratch with the pain peeled off at various location on the other side. The reaosn we couldnt look at this earlier was due to the fact that the the padding walls where the scratches were there was hidden due to white coloured tape.

Upon discussing this with the dealer , he refused to change the refrigerator even though it was properly communicated to him. We dropped a complaint on the custmer care number several times however there was no response from them and engineer never visited the house to see the damage.

The dealer is droppig the blame on the co. and the co. is dropping the blame on the dealer. in this entire case we are the ones who are suffering .

Woudl request you to help us in finding the correct solution as i want to re-instate the faith in the esteemed organisation and its produts.

I have also dropped emails to samsung CEO office twice but havent received any update from them.

Digiworld people are not ready to respond and listen to the complaint and so is the dealer
